cincityplayer
I sent a request to EQ requesting they delete an address and an account that the previously deleted and re-inserted without proper nortice. I have not heard anything and it has been over 3 weeks, what should I do now? I clearly stated in BIG BOLD BLACK LETTERS that this "is not a request for an investigation but a request that your company delete these previously deleted items that were re-inserted without proper notice" I also enclosed a copy of my dispute letter and the results that they sent with the dispute and they have totally ignored my request. Suggestions, on next moves would be greatly appreciated.

pilgrimfaraway
Strange that they didn't respond. For me, they always responded just like any other dispute. The response letter was identical and they treaded each disputed address the same as a disputed tradeline. All but one address was gladly removed, that one remaining because it was tied to a tradeline. When disputing any identification information, it's especially important to include sufficient evidence of your identity and address. I always send a copy of my passport, social security card and two utility bills.
