sjcraw
I just pulled up my CR online from EQ. I sent them a letter in stating that I had validated with the Creditors and they didn't validate. So they open up another investigation. When I pulled my CR, I see that all of the TL still remains. So I guess that the CA and OC verified without validating. Will someone please tell me what should I do now. What's the next step: Send a method of verification to the CRA, and if so how long do I have to wait to send this in. It's looks like I got a long fight ahead of me. Please help ASAP.Thanks in advanceSJCRAW

breathing_easier
Once again, an OC (original creditor) does not have to validate. You only send DV letters to CAs (collection agency). What you are referring to is the 1-2 Punch (do a search on this site); however, once again, that can only be done with a CA. It's apparent from your posts that you haven't done the necessary reading and researching on this site before beginning the credit repair process. You need to read everything under the 'Credit Repair' link at the top of this page, as well as all of the sticky (permanent) posts at the top of the Credit Repair discussion forum. After you've done your homework, come back and ask questions and we'll do what we can to help.
