I would like to sue a creditor for violations of the FCRA. The account has crept past the SOL and I can't get it off my credit report.

There are only two things that I want to accomplish:

1) Get the creditor to settle by striking preemtively.

2) Get the creditor to agree that by settling that they will now and in the future hold me harmless from lawsuits.

I need your help in accomplishing goal # 2.

How can I word just this part and is there such a thing as asking for this?

Thank you!!
