I need some help about some creditor's violations.

Ok, here's what I want to do. I have a few creditor's that have violated my rights. I disputed my credit report about their tradeline and they are not reporting it as disputed. I thought about writing the creditors an ITS letter for their violation for not listing the account as disputed ( in which I have proof of it.) I also wanted to add a copy of the FRCA guidelines letting them know that I am aware of my rights. All I'm trying to do is scare them up first before actually filing a lawsuit, and maybe they will give up and give the delete. Will you please let me know if I will be making a mistake by letting them know that they are not reporting the account as disputed.

Thanks in advance
