CRA not a answering the phone

There has been a recent change in their phone system since last week. I was able to talk to a representative last Thursday at 1-866-890-5690 which is the number listed on my most recent credit report. In attempting to call today, you get a "loop" that at one point disconnects you. It indicates that the calls are monitored for training purposes, however, you now can't speak to anyone. Something has happened to their phone system. I am not sure if this is deliberate or a "glitch"! :roll:
