Hi all, wondering about this:

"ORC 1319.12(B)

(B) A collection agency with a place of business in this state may take assignment of another person's accounts, bills, or other evidences of indebtedness in its own name for the purpose of billing, collecting, or filing suit in its own name as the real party in interest."

"A collection agency with a place of business in this state" - the collection agecy I am dealing with does not have a place of business in this state. Neither the JDB nor it's collection agency attorneys have offices in Ohio.

How can they legally take me to court?
