Not sure of SOL

I have an old medical on my credit report and not sure of SOL. It is with CMRE and the OC was EPMG. This is how it currently reads. I'm trying to determine if I should DV but want to make sure it is out of SOL.

I believe that it is out of SOl and it went to the collection agency 03/03. Any help would be much appreciated. This is only reporting on EX or else I would check TU for the removal date.
