immoralinterestrate
I had a charge off of around 500 from Amex around 1997. It has not been on my credit report for many years. But they keep offering me settlements. Other than for moral reasons, should I pay them? All or some? They dont call or send too many offers. So I don't really care. Is it wrong to tell that that the SOL of this is way past?
direred
You could actually get into their oasis program and have a positive tradeline out of the matter, and that would be useful to some people.
