I asked for validation.. no response.. they kept sending letters about some made up payment agreement, which never happened... it went round and round... finally I got sick of it and filed a complaint with the PA.. attorney general.. since NCO was slammed pretty hard by them not too long ago with a hefty fine.For some reason that got their attention.. next thing you know I get this very kind letter telling me they are deleting the account from the files.. they responded back to the AG.. and frankly I just wanted them off my credit reports which they did..Today I got a letter from the compliance dept of NCO sending me the last three statements of this account (all out of SOL) and it said.. here was the info I requested (um nearly a year ago).. it was a pleasure to help me... and to remind me that the account still remains closed in their office.....can anyone tell me the point of this>?? I admit.. I am wondering.. why now?? They can' sue.. its out of SOL.. they have dropped it from their office so why send the statments... any feedback would be great thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I even get the GOOD stationary.. lol... thanks.. now it makes sense.... I was totally perplexed on this matter..
