How does that work?If you used the card anywhere in person that is proof that you opened the account. Merchants make you sign credit card receipts for a reason. You actually enter into a contract with the merchant and reinforce your contract with the CC company when you use a CC.The mini contract usually reads something like this:"I agree to pay the above total amount according to card issuer agreement."That is usually in some form right below your name when you sign a cc authorization.Pandmel Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
