Class actions agains NAF?

Recommended Posts

I'm dealing with NAF right now and was just wondering.......

§ 803. Definitions [15 USC 1692a]

“(6) The term "debt collector" means any person who uses any instrumentality of interstate commerce or the mails in any business the principal purpose of which is the collection of any debts, or who regularly collects or attempts to collect, directly or indirectly, debts owed or due or asserted to be owed or due another.”

Given the fact that they rarely find in favor of the consumer AND the fact that they market arbitration as a cost effective service, couldn't it be argued that NAF is working in coordination with the CCs etc and therefore indirectly attempting to collect a debt? Is there a legal definition of arbitration?

Obviously I'm not a lawyer. Just sick and tired of being abused.

Does anyone know of any class actions I can add my name to. I don't even want money. Too much. I just want them to stop.
