mcck
Let's say NAF decides against me. Summons is possibly served with the arbitration showing as the main defense. How are the courts of IN look upon the NAF decision? I would still need to get the plaintiff to prove their case against me in court with or without the NAF arbitration decision. CarolinaBlueEyes
not usually.. most of the time NAF is a slam dunk... sad but true... you can fight it and I would but if they get an award a judge will try to turn it into a judgement... I would pull up a NAF search here and on the web you will learn alot
