In other words, what is the process?ElyseI dont know how it works in texas,, here once they file a judgement the person who files it has to serve you an exemption notice.. you have 20 days to file with the courts to claim exemptions but in NC its provided by the person/creditor that sued you and got the judgement Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
