hello, been skimming the boards for a bit, and decided to post. i have three collection agencies on my back, well two technically. i would like to ask the experts on my options and first steps. pulled from True Credit.

notes for each line item. the three jumbled colums in each item are the diff CRAs.

calvary, the last three notices with exception to the recent one, have listed my middle initial wrong, but correct address. on the newest one it is corrected. on my older report there is a lot of "KD" "ND" monthly remarks from them on my experian, about 16. plan of action DV? called the phone company and they have no record of my account (prob too old, and means sold to CA). also, some individual reports list term: 1 months, and account open. calvary is hitting me the hardest out of all of these.

credit protection associations. had my hollywood id stolen, this is old. i believe i filed a police report on my wallet getting stolen. shortly after un recognized movies were late. however i have never been sent a collection notice from them, NEVER. nor did i recieve late notices from hollywood video. therefore i believe this is the only non-legimate item on my report. plan of action? i disputed online with trans union and equifax, experian un able to. should i try anything else?

credit collections services (CCS) last notice i got from them on 9/15/06, says something interesting on it. "this office has a documented file of every notice, telephone attempt (never called), and verbal contact made by this office in pursuit of your payment obligation. unless full payment is posted to your file by 9/25/06, your status will reflect "voluntary collection deemed impossible"......

and the latest one says "you can clear your delinquent credit status with your creditor by remitting full payment in the envelope provided" hmm. ideas?
