I can't catch a break

The CRA has to notify you in writing within 5 business days. If you did not receive any written notification as stated, then the CRA has violated FCRA Part (A)(5)(B)(ii).

IMO, and this has happened to me once - Experian re-inserted a previously removed negative tradeline. So, I called experian's dispute number and told the representative (in a very nice tone) - an item has been re-inserted that was removed months ago and I never received any notification. It was gone the next day.
