marohan
I sent a DV to CA on 12-28 via certified mail with my current address at the top of the page. CA sent validation to my old address(mother's house) I recently sent 2nd notice request validation with my new address on it feb 1st. The CA sent validation on Jan 17 which said:Account StatementStatement Date Prior acct #jan 17 2006 Prior creditor CitibankMY name Principal Interest Balancejohn doe 5000 4000 9000last transaction DatePersonal Information1. Is this good enough validation?2. Should i ignore this letter?3. What should be my next step?
CreditLawGuru
does the letter show how they arrived at the balance other than principal plus interest? did they include a cc statement showing the balance?
marohan
no statement or anything with my signature. Is it a violation to sent it to my previous address that was not on my initial dv letter?
