tmac01
How do CA's know when their account that they have reported on you has been deleted by a CRA ? Thanks....
willingtocope
I don'tknow for certain, but I'd guess that since technically CAs are clients of CRAs and pay for the right to pull and post there, they'd get notified when one of their TLs gets deleted. CreditLawGuru
if the TL has been deleted as a result of a re-investigation, they must notify you of the re-insertion.
tmac01
CLU, the problem is not getting the re-insertion removed its getting the CA removed for life. I think this is impossible as most CA's just sell the acct and when it is put back on your CR then you have to dispute it all over again....Thanks !!
