Here's the link to the Indiana's state code. A quick look revealed that Indiana has different rates for different types of financing. Indiana’s loansharking statute, found in the criminal code, makes it a crime to charge an interest rate greater than twice the rate authorized for finance charges in the consumer credit code. Very interesting.
