Lexington is a rip off and scam. Talk to a consmer protection attorney, You can find one in your area at www.naca.net one who is well versed in FCRA & FDCPA. From what I've heard, all they do is send numerous disputes to the CRAs until the negative info is deleted from your report. But, they've been known to get positive info deleted also. SOC Posted February 24, 2007 Report Share Posted February 24, 2007 I dont like credit repair companies. I have not heard of a good one yet. But with that being said, even if you do it yourself. It will most certainly be 30 to 45 days befor you see your first results. Every time something gets disputed, to CRA, they have 30 to 45 days to investigate.
