SprintPCS CEO info

Sprint/Nextel put a hard inquiry on my dh's report yesterday. We don't have service with them and haven't applied. I tried calling them, they hung up on my twice and then sent me to a huge long recording for identity theft and wanted me to fill out a notorized identity theft affidavit which I could find nowhere on their site using the directions they gave on the recording. I called back again and finally got someone to admit they pulled the credit but couldn't tell me why and also said there was no account in his name which is good. Now I'm on hold again waiting for I don't know who? These people suck.
