determination
I had a judgement filed against me in 01/2006 for apartment complex I never recieved anything even though they had my fowarding address. I didn't file an answer or go to the hearing. I was actually served by an officer at my house and have never made payments. Is there anything I can do? Osiris
You could possibly have it vacated if: a) the Statute of Limitations on challenging default judgments hasn't passed in your state and you have a valid reason for not filing an answer or attending the hearing. What did you owe the apartment complex? Damage fees or back rent?
