qqatmzt
Hello Everyone..I went to court, I filed a motion to dismiss the case. The motion was denied but the judge suggested that we go to arbitration. The judge suggested I settle in arbitration and told me it would be in my best interest. Now I have 20 days to answer (im a defendant in the case) and I know I have to answer so a default wont be obtained... but my question is... Is there a way to request arbitration in my "answer"? If so how do you word it. Even though Im guilty should I just admit the guilt or deny everything? I read alot of post that said just to deny everything.. but Im not sure what type of backlash this would have on me.Thanks guys
willingtocope
Sorry...I think we're going to need more information before we can offer an opinion. What was the case about? What proof did the other side have?
