Chaos
How do you determine the date of last payment when it isn't on your most recent CR? Apparently the JDB doesn't know the date because they don't list the info on any of my CR's nor do they list dola or date of first delinquency. However on an old CR it is listed. willingtocope
JDB's tend to leave that bit of information off intentionally. Without it, you don't know when the reporting period and/or SOL is expired. And, the FCRA doesn't actuall require them to report it...the FCRA only says that what they do report, must be accurate. divemedic
Actually, the law does force them to report. The FCRA says listed information must be "COMPLETE and accurate"
