Antjwill80
Does anybody know how to read an Eq report. There is a section that has Collection Agency Information and says in parenthesis this section includes accounts that credit grantors have placed for collection with a collection agency. Does that mean that the OC is still in charge of the accounts? If this is true I was thinking about sending the OCs a PFD letter.
willingtocope
Unless the OC's TL specifically says something to the effect of "sold to another lender", the OC probably still owns it. I say probably because CRs are never 100% current.

willingtocope
Why do you think they're sold? Most OC's hang onto stuff much longer than you would think...
