Southerngirl
Does anyone know of a website (maybe state) that I can access to monitor if a lawsuit has been filed against me? The county that I reside in does not offer this information on-line therefore the only way I can monitor is by calling the county court house. I was hoping there is a way for me to watch on-line. Any suggestions???
LadynRed
If your county courthouse doesn't have any on-line access, then there is no other source for local courts. You're going to have to just keep calling. If it were a district court, it would show up on PACER.
Southerngirl
Thanks for the reply . This is where it gets confusing to me. I recently moved 5 miles from my previous residence this has put me in the next county. The county I used to live in was on-line and the court of common pleas was tried in the 13th Judicial Circuit. Now, all neighboring counties are on-line but mine is not. Does that mean my county wouldn't be tried in a judial circuit court ?Thanks for the help.
