CA said I had to pay $615 and I asked if they would delete it from the CB, they said pay the full amount of $854 and they would, So I made a balance transfer with my CC and they sent them a check, CA said I paid Sprint, but Sprint said that I paid CA. They keep on hanging up on me and after a numerous times calling, finally got a payment #, but then they kept on hanging up on me when I asked for something in writing. I repoted them to the FTC and BBB and waiting, still on CR! I have proof that I paid the CA from my CC bill statement. What else can I do? Should I have reported them?
