Innovis Pulled My Credit Report???

Logged into TrueCredit today and found that CBCInnovis has a hard pull on both Experian and Equifax. I never authorized it...haven't applied for credit in 6 months. Does anyone have a mailing address for them? Their website is worthless.

I just sent off a letter to them on Friday requesting a copy of my free annual report. Others have reported that Innovis doesn't seem to believe they have to comply with FACTA requests.

CBCInnovis provides 3n1 reports for mortgage lenders. My lender pulled directly from them when I applied for my mortgage last year.

Thanks, everyone. I haven't applied for credit or anything in months. I requested my Innovis report about 6 months ago...just found it odd that they would pull it. That's like Equifax pulling my TransUnion credit report. IN any event, I never authorized it, so here goes one more letter...the cycle never ends!
