sevastras
Has anyone had any luck with their Experian Special Handler person? I just had a great conversation with mine today(I have one of the nice ones). I am thinking that she will be kind of helpful, but who knows with these CRA's. I just prefer talking to the same person every time, and being able to mail to the same person. I have someone with Eq and she was really helpful, but was wondering if anyone has had a helpful one at Exp.
myscoresawful
Wow, I never knew there was such a person from those places. I thought they all were CSRs who were trained to parrot over and over to each person "I'm sorry, we can not accept documentation from you" or "I'm sorry, the item has been verified", etc etc etc.
momof5
Actually, I sent an email to my sp handler...Kim Hughes. She did NOT put anything in dispute! (I also cc'd her supervisor and on the same email, addressed it to my EQ sp handler - Vicki Banks.) Vicki disputed the 2 TLs I requested, (Actually I demanded deletion of 1....) and disputed one I wanted left alone. Net result?Everything remained on EQ -> but history got more corrupted! (I have *7* different versions of the TLs from 7 disputes and Vicki CANNOT get it through her head that "we list what we get" just doesn't cut it!!!!!) I am waiting until day 30 on EX and then I am demanding deletion from Kim. I have already begun drafting the lawsuit against Chase and Citifinancial along with EQ and EX for continuing to report them! ARRRGGGHHH! I used to have such success with them...now? NADA!
