GoldenGrahams Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 I recently found out that I have a legal hold on my bank account. I want to know what I can do to have it removed. I have spoke with the attorney who has had a judgment entered against me and I wanted to know if this judgment is legal and or enforceable. My other situation is that I understand that the attorney legally cant take my money from my account since I am disabled and receive SSI.
