mcck
I like to hear from fellow IN residents or people with knowledge of IN law.According to IN laws, proof is on the burden of the person suing and the courts both small claims and circuit courts require full history of payments and or signed agreements. Does this make IN a hard state for CAs to prove their case in order to get judgments? I am not speaking for default judgements just getting a judgement through if the defendant answers the summons and also shows up in court.
