wrassie86
I had a BK7 in 2003, a Car was turned in that had a loan through Wells FargoThese people just wont comply and list the loan as IIB.Heres what ive done so farCalled, seemed like i was laughed at.BBB dispute-No reply altho the 30 is not up yet.Account changed states.CRA dispute they relisted as "Paid after charge off"In remarks it says "sent for recovery" is this better than BK?Sent ITS letters.Problem with this is, seems they keep changing states on my report so not sure, first of the month was PA now its in IA.(see above)For other company's ive dealt with in this matter, i just hit them with a ITS-BBB-FTC-attorneys generals all at once and they remove them selves from my report with quickness.I'd rather not sue but i'm getting tired of playing the chase um game and really dont want to send my BK forms into the CRA's any other ideas?Al tho i think i know what time it is. LadynRed
CRA dispute they relisted as "Paid after charge off"In remarks it says "sent for recovery" is this better than BK?No, it is not ! It implies that the debt is still collectiblewhen it is not. You've sent ITS letters, but you've not followed thru. I would go after them for contempt with the BK courts for violation of your discharge.
