loose tooth
Instead of getting secured cards to help repair credit, I would like to be an authorized user on one of my family members cards. (They are willing to help me out) Is being an authorized user reported to all 3 credit bureaus?
hawaiiguy
Yes, it would help you out as you would get the main card holder's entire history. But with that said, you get the entire history, lates, etc....Also you want to make sure that they are not over utilitzing the card, as that could hurt you as well. Plus remember that if all of a sudden they decide not a pay, you are responsible for it, as I learned the hard way!
