I have searched High and Low and I'm unable to find the Current Compliance Officers Information for:

1. Asset Acceptance

2. Unifund

3. LVNV Funding, LLC (Sherman/Resurgent)

Can someone please provide the following info about the Compliance Officers:

to write complaints on non-receipt of validation and continue collection activities

They DON'T HAVE TO VALIDATE. All they MUST do is stop all collection activity AND report it to the CRA's that the debt is DISPUTED.
