angelandmi Posted March 19, 2007 Report Posted March 19, 2007 We owe about $12,000 for a school debt from before 1996. Is there any kind of laws that can protect us. They keep changing their minds about settlement, we wanted it written in writing the least amount they would take they wouldn't fax or email it. It originally was through Alaska Education and now premeire credit has it. We just need some advice on what we can do. HELP!
