MadinKS
Don't take my word for it, but I believe it falls under contract because you are under contract with your insurance. And if you read their contract it will probably have verbage to say you are ultimately responsible for payments above and beyond what their contracted service allows. Hopefully, you find this link will lead you to the answer. Can't guarantee it but it may give you a phone number at the very least so you can get the info you need. Good luck.http://pennsylvania.statelawyers.com/Practice/Practice_Detail.cfm/PracticeTypeID:
