nascar
If you haven't sent this already, you might consider revising it a bit. What exactly are they doing wrong? What is inaccurate about the data on your credit report? Why would you expect them to remove the TL completely? Is it not yours? You don't indicate that in your letter/post. hopen4800
Thanks Nascar for the reply. These guys showed a 30 day late from 2 years ago that they started reporting 8 months ago. I disputed with CRA, came back verified. Disputed with OC, no reply and shortly thereafter rewarded me with a 60 day late from 2 years ago. I disputed with CRA, again verified. NOW their(OC) is showing a charge-off and settled for less than full amount. The entire tradeline is crap.We did lease a CC processing machine from these clowns but we PIF-ed the account. This company has tons of pending law suits. It is possible I did have a 30 late, even that is doubtful. Certainly none of the other garbage is true.None of my earlier actions were based on CIC logic, just my own indignation,micro-soft word, and a few addresses, and that didn't get me very far. That brings you up to date with my last post and ,no, It hasn't been sent. I want to do it right and defer all future actions to a thorough review of this site. Being PO'd is not enough, I've got to connect the procedural dots to get anywhere. Hard lesson learned! Thanks and sorry for the mini-rant.
