Archigirl
I have a judgment on my CR from Oct. of 2000. My EQ is showing a judgment for 192.00 but my TU is showing a judgment for 292.00. Could this misinformation lead to a deletion? What's the best course of action in trying to have this thing deleted?~A
Big Time
Deletion? Probably not. The CRA's will just get the info from the courts. Is it a paid judgement at least?
ak916
192$ should be the amount owed to the plaintiff... the other 100$ could be this amount plus court costs, attorney fees... The good news is regardless of whether you pay the judgment or not, it has to fall off 7 years from the filed date... seems around the corner.... cheers:wink:
Archigirl
It is paid. I paid the 192.00 many years ago. My confusion is that on Tranunion it's reported at being filed on 11/01/2001 and the amount of 292.00. On Experian it's listed as 01/18/2002 and the amount of 192.00. On Experian it appears TWICE and is listed as 01/2002 and the amount of 192.00 both times. I'm wondering if I should just wait it out and let if all off or try to dispute the accuracy of the reporting.~A
SecretAgentWoman
I say dispute, if it doesn't work, wait it out, if it does, cool beans.
