I need instructions on how to go about sueing a CA in small claims court

I need someone with some sueing exprience to tell me how do I go about sueing a CA in small claims court. I don't no where to start. ESA Gordan is still calling me after I have sent them a C&D letter. I have saved their phone # and recorded messages. I also have the CRR slip from Post office and letter that I sent to them. They are really harrassing me bad about $ 230.00.

I'm tried of them. The man that called me has giving me 2 different names and companies, but I know it's the same person because it's the same voice and number. Someone please help me ASAP. They are tearing my nerves up.

I'm no expert, but I would look at the following link. It has a lot of good info in it. Be sure you are well informed if you decide to sue. I did that right out of the gate, and the CA I sued hired defense whom was granted a "notice of removal" to general district court. For me, the agency they hired is COMPLETELY uninformed about the debt and is really there to protect thier cleint from a default judgement. I believe I can get them to settle now since the CA never responded to any of my disputes for months and the debt is past SOL.

Next time they call.....tell them that their long distance charges are going to be around 230.00...trying to collect a debt.........that they cannot collect on

They are just harrassing you....send them a stern intent to sue letter.....that may shut them up.....

Yep, I was a low life scumbag that owed debt for years, not that I spent all my money at a titty bar or something, but "life " happens to people.

After years of "putting up" with the calls and threats, I found this site.What I learned here was the "death" of the harrassment and phone calls.

Most of my charge offs and what nots have fallen of My CR and my score has improved alot...I still will get a call sometimes and I make the person on the onther end of the phone so damn mad, they hang up on me now..........
