chelseagirl
Hello again.... I am filing my "Notice of Appearance" and "Answers and Defenses" today at court for a "Complaint in Civil Action" for Capital One cedit card debt. (approx. $900.) Of couse I denied everything in complaint except my address. What can I expect now???? Will a trial be scheduled???? Will judgement be against me anyway???? Is there any way Capital One will dismiss or will they bleed me dry?????? Any answers or opinions will be of GREAT help. I'm nervous about the whole thing! Thanks (by the way, a CA lawyer for Crap one filed the complaint)

nascar
You really haven't given enough details about the facts of your case for anyone to respond.
unusualsuspect
No CrapOne will not be able to get a DEFAULT judgment against you. You answered the summons. The case will probably head to trial.
