dosdonkey Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 I had a quick question, what do you do when you send the dv letters and disputes but the collection agency just sells it to another company which shows up also then you fight and they just remove the first collection company but leave the new one?And thanks for all you guys help so far! Or does someone have to prove it's mine?They can continue to sell it as much as they like. You should dispute it with the credit bureaus and make them verify the debt. Can I tell the CRA that since they can't verify it they can't keep putting up the same debt from another company or is it just a never ending cycle?
