I'm noticing variations in my reports depending on who I pull them from. My Trucredit report for TU says 35 inquiries, but the myfico report for TU says 18inquiries. There seems to be a variance across the board from Experian, to TC to TU to MyFico.... anybody else notice that?

Mine are the same. Sometimes if something changes recently, it may take a day or two to sync up but I've noticed no significant differences.

Also, make sure you are clicking on the "update my report" link on TrueCredit because they show you the same CR every time you visit unless you ask them to show you a fresh one.

I'm sure they just aren't updated that fast. I've been having pretty signifficant changes almost daily recently.

I am updating everyday @ 8am.... I've had almost 20 TU inquiries bumped.

I haven't had any bumped. I'm bummed. (I update every day, too - have been for a month.)

Did you see my post on getting EQ inquiries removed?

Make sure you view your FICO report thoroughly. They have a section that only shows the inquiries w/in the last year (not 2) b/c those are the ones that affect your score. TC shows all hard inquiries w/in the past 2yrs.

Yeah, I'm not as brave as you. :) I don't want to mess with my address. I'll wait a bit, and write CSC a letter.

A friend of mine took it even further and used a random address not in texas, just threw some numers together with a random street name and it worked for him. Zip code for FL and put NY as the state. and I think he even put San Fran as the city, or something along those lines. Now that's brave.

Filing everything is the daunting task for me. I've got a folder in my file cabinet for each CRA (3 for me plus 3 for SWMBO), then a folder for each OC. Printed or paper CRs, copies of DV letters, CMRRR receipts and cards, et al.

I'm well over 100 soft pulls on TC, and have only lost 1 inquiry on TU around pull #84 and none after that...

I don't think that there is a set number of pulls to cause bumpage. recently I've been losing 2 inquiries per day from my TU report from TrueCredit.

Someone- What the heck does that mean?

I haven't had any bumped. I'm bummed. (I update every day, too - have been for a month.)

SAW-I'm in the same boat. I don't get it. I update daily and haven't lost one stupid inq. Sucks.

I can't figure out why my True Credit Report has something different than my EQ report. I called and asked they said to update I did it was still different. I called back to ask why they keep saying "thatis not what I am looking at". I keep saying I know why is it different. They said to call EQ which I did.

I have creditors on True Credit that were removed from my credit report dated 4/14, but they are still showing today.

EQ said my hard copy is correct.

Anyone know why it's different?

TC is a M O N I T O R I N G service and not the CB's It is a cheap way of getting and monitoring your reports daily. If you want updated CB reports then you will need to pay the $12 PER REPORT PER DAY charge.

I have several accounts that are listed on the TC report but not on my REAL reports due to them being old and outdated. It is good to get a hard copy of your reports and bounce them off the true credit reports to see what is what. I use TC to monitor ONLY and they are pretty good at letting me know when something is added. They will not let you know by alert however when something has been deleted or removed.

Regards,

Lyle
