I have FICO score alert. (via Equifax, thus they provide only my Equifax FICO score.)

Anyway, I was alerted yesterday that my score changed,

I had my one and only collection drop off my report

and my score went up 70 points.

70 points for 1 collection, I was like holy crap batman. that's a big jump.

Now my Equifax FICO is 740.

I was wondering if anyone has tried to contact a creditor and say,

I'd like to apply, but you can only view my Equifax report. :D

I just tried it and if they respond back, I will let you all know

I have heard other people say that there scores changed 30-75 points, dependent on how old the collection was..... How old was your collection?
