Uhhh, got my investigation results back and I have no clue what they did

Sent a dispute in writing to CSC credit (EQ)

Get the 'results' back the other day. The results are: BoA is no longer reporting on the CSC credit file

Uhhh...I didn't dispute BoA in that letter. Ever. It's still showing up on truecredit though.

However, I then start reading the printout report they give me, and under the items I DID dispute they have reinvestigation in progress, consumer disputes.

So...are they done or are they investigating? And why would they have a BoA mention on there if I never disputed it? Then, why is it still showing up on true credit?

Advice on what to think? I'm waiting on results back since some things coming on on TC are listed as being in dispute, but I have no idea whats going on.

CSC sends out the WORST reports, very hard to read and understand, and missing information (such as estimated date of deletion), to save space and paper they cram it on two sides FLIPPED so you are constantly trying to figure out the order of the pages....gaaaahhh.

Uh, sorry, I don't know what they are talking about either. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone in your pain.

I recently disputed a late on my credit report with CSC. It came back verified with a company which is not even mine!! I contacted them concerning this and the agent told me that I would have to dispute it with the original creditor again. What??? i told her that was absolutely ridiculous as the creditor did not make the mistake...they mistakenly put the wrong creditor on my report! I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor looked at it and told me she would send me a revised report. All I wanted was a report with the corrected information. It really makes you wonder how they verify when they have the wrong company on the report? This all happened this week so I will see when I get the report.
