SugarNspice
How often can you dispute a TL with the CRA in a time period? I disputed some stuff on my CR and they came back verified twice. Now it says if I have any new info to send it to them and theyll inverstigate. In 6 months will I be able to dispute again online for the same TL that was verified twice? SecretAgentWoman
The CRAs can legally call your dispute frivolous if you use the same basis (i.e. "not mine") on a new dispute without any new information or evidence. So, you have to disupte something different about the TL or cough up some documentation, etc.
SugarNspice
I tried to dispute again with a different reason and couldnt and no I didnt ask MOV.
SecretAgentWoman
Did you try calling them? I find it's harder for them to give the standard denial when talking in person. Be nice, honey attracts more bees...etc, etc.
myscoresawful
I tried to dispute again with a different reason and couldnt and no I didnt ask MOV.After it comes back "verified" the first time, your next step should always be to request a MOV, before disputing a second time. It's your right to know how they verified that particular TL. Requesting the MOV can not be considered frivolous, it's your right and they must provide the info there for you.Once they give you the contact info, you can contact this person (CA or OC) personally and if they can not provide you with a validation, then you should re dispute with the CRA, and by this time you should have a handful of violations in your pocket to prevent them from labeling you "frivolous" .
