winter97
Hooters of course! I received an 1,500 cl with bk discharged in 2002, no other baddies showing. Score was mid 600 I think at the time it was like 658 or so.I have heard that Juniper is a TU puller too. Not sure if they are exclusively only TU or not. LNY
Target store card..... (200 limit) 607 fico, 1 collection, i derog 3 years post ch7 d/cTarget is not a TU puller everywhere. I've hardly ever seen them pull TU, actually. I've seen mainly EQ with the occasional EX thrown in recently.OP, you'd be far better off reading and searching than relying on new replies here. LNY
I SOOOOOO didn't want another of these threads... It never comes to any good, just everyone randomly posting who pulled what for them.Everyone, the OP is in Texas. Who pulled TU in California isn't going to help them, nor is telling them that someone pulls TU exclusively (which was their question) just because they pulled it for you. Many posters have already shared their experiences several times. I promise I was not insinuating that Target pulled TU everywhere... we were asked what our personal experience was... I was just trying to tell mine... and I agree.... research, research, research... which is why i applied for Target last week.... I found TU more than anything else... at least in OHio (I also assumed that people would pay attention as to where others are from that are replying... because I do that... maybe I shouldnt think that others will do the same)

Target having pulled TU for you in Ohio isn't an answer to the question. However, there is a thread for responses like this, and I do hope you have added your info to it (if not, please do!!). Because when someone from Ohio needs to know what Target might pull, it will definitely help them to read about your experiences!
rmuse00
I agree with LNY! There has got to be at least a dozen threads asking who pulls TU. OP can advance search "pull TU" in this forum only and that should bring up all these threads.

OP can advance search "TU" in this forum only and that should bring up all these threads. I'd just prefer it if people would only reply to the thread if they can answer the question (like if they know of a card that pulls TU either everywhere OR in Texas). Everything else is confusing and unnecessary, and we have enough of these random free-for-all approval threads. Otherwise, when people DO search for this info, they end up finding threads like this one, full of replies that don't actually answer the question. LNY
And Dire, just so you know... my post was not in reply to yours (or else I would have quoted you).As a matter of fact, your post (like my first one) was the kind of reply that unfortunately becomes necessary when people post things that don't answer the question, or are misleading--people then have to clarify and correct these replies to say "not so fast!" Before you know it, you have several pages... and no answers. This is frustrating for people who search later.
TxStorm
Geeze, it looks like a started a train wreck here, which I can assure you was not intended by me.I have done tons of research on this already, and this is why I posted the forementioned link in my first post. I'm sure there are literally thousands upon thousands of answers to on this on various different threads(many of which skew off the original topic, which can make it harder to search for FYI). I could search all day and still not find them all, which is the big reason why I started this thread.to LNY: My apologies for the grief this thread has caused you. Please close this whenever you are ready. To those that have responded to this, I thank you! You've been very helpful!

You asked a specific question, and got somewhat misleading answers. I just tried to cut down on that by reminding people not to post random answers, only ones that specifically pertained to your question. And I'm not closing the thread because someone still may answer it!

No longer have a creditpulls excel sheet you can download.Creditpulls is now a part of Creditboards.LNY, I know you weren't really commenting on me. I don't think there's a single lender who always pulls one bureau, though Juniper (for certain cards) and Merrick seem to like pulling TU.
LNY
I know Macy's/Bloomie's always pull EX. But TU... not so sure. Juniper is usually TU, as is Providian, but both have occasionally been known to throw in an EX pull.

LNY
The OP is in Texas. There is another thread for sharing who pulled what CRA in what state, and whether or not you were approved. This thread is about guaranteed TU pulls OR TU pulls in Texas. Please, everyone... always read the thread before you post.
TxStorm
This thread has been absolutely helpful. After info that I've researched before and after making this thread, coupled with the info I've received from this thread, I decided to try for 2 credit cards:Juniper pulled (you guessed it) TU; i was declined for that one.Hooters MC pulled (again) TU; I was APPROVED!!!!!On top of that, I finally got my tax refund today, which in turn i used to pay off my First Premier balance! Then I checked my CR for an update, and I got another collection deleted!!!!!All of my FICO credit scores are well over 600 now Thank you all!!!!!!!!
