MadinKS
Is there a time frame the CRA's will allow you to re-dispute? I have disputed with TU but can't remember how long ago (before I found this forum). Maybe a couple of months. Will they forget that I already disputed after a certain time frame? I hope so, cause they still don't have the correct info and it's pissin' me off.
Credit-slayer
When I started I only disputed online for several months and I usually spaced out my disputes by a couple of months on items. I've been very lucky and patient, I didn't DV or MOV until recenetly and I've been at credit repair for almost a year.I've found that online they let you dispute frequently on the same item on TU, they've never denyed to investigate any item I've disputed online. I recenetly sent them a dispute thru the mail and they did refuse to investigate two items. But I'll wait it out and dispute later.EX won't allow me to dispute any more items online when I try it just says it's already been verified. But now I call with them, not that it helps, because EX won't let a bad TL go at least not for me.EQ has always been hard for me to log onto online so I just send them letters or call. They've always been easy to deal with.Hope this helps.
MadinKS
When I try to dispute something that has been disputed it says to send more information or forget it. I can't send them information I don't have since the account isn't mine! These a$$holes just don't get it.
stancil1
In order to place yourself in an offensive position you must DV via CMRRR, if not and you want to file a lawsuit you'll have no proof other than CRA letters that you've done everything possible to clear this up on your own, which will never standup in court... Follow the flowchart. Since you have already disputed with the CRA, send the CA the DV (or if it's an OC the request to verify), then immediately request the CRA to verify again only this time do it in writting and state this time that the CA refuses to validate the alleged debt. This is NEW info and if they refuse to verify on new info, the CRA is in violation.D
