wzelewsky
I just received a copy of my CR after requesting an investigation. We filed BK in 2004 and let one car go. Which I thought it would say included in bankruptcy on the CR. When you have a repo included in a BK how is it suppose to list on your CR? Next, The date of last payment, balance amount, and amount due, scheduled payment are still listed. Can they still list it? And I only show "VERY FEW" that have an updated date on them? NOW WHAT? pjfan
We had a repo on our credit reports that was included in BK discharged 14 months ago.EQ did not have it listed at all. And the whole report is reporting BK items correctly.EX and TU had it listed as a Charge Off and repo in pay legend.I sent a copy of my BK paers and schedule F to them. EX has not recieved it yet but TU deleated the car off my report! They also updated all of the accounts that were not reporting the BK correctly. Now they all have a 0 balance and state included in BK.Now waiting for EX to do the same. (I hope)Ex does not even show my BK as bieng dischaged PS> TU also removed to positive TL's at the same time! And no they were not old. I am waiting to hear back about this.I just received a copy of my CR after requesting an investigation. We filed BK in 2004 and let one car go.
