qtptute
They are asking the court for judgment against your friend based on the answers he/she provided in the pleadings. You need to tell your friend that he/she needs to get a consumer protection attorney ASAP! Find one in their area at www.naca.net If you want a personal reference, PM me.
jrdejavux
Thank you for the reply, but he has never admitted to this account since its not his and he already talked to the judge and she told the attorney representing the CA in FL that they need to prove it ! "This was at first hearing" Second hearing was a waste of time since the judge told them the same thing PROVE IS HIS. The same day the judge set the real trial for June 6, Then a couple of weeks ago he got the letter Motion for summary disposition, so that's why he was wondering what this was all about and by the way this time the Real collection is going to appear by phone since they are based in NJ and I will guess their attorney wont go ??? My friend told them he was going to sue them for defamation and all the wages and time he has lost due to this nonsense.
