RSB
On one of my credit reports, the charge off date is shown as the last payment on the credit card. On another credit report, the same date is shown as the 180 days past due and as the charged off date. (these are experian and equifax..not sure which is which) On the trans union that same date is shown 7 years later, as the drop off date.My question is about the credit agency, that is reporting the charge off date,as the last payment date. Is it legal to state that my last payment was a certain date, when it was really the charge off date??
kevin3344
The charge off/last payment date is not used to figure the 7 year reporting period. What does EQ have for the Date of 1st Delinquency? On the trans union that same date is shown 7 years later, as the drop off date What does TU show for the 'this item to be removed' date?________OldBustyMilf cam Edited September 9, 2011 by kevin3344
