One question, My 2 secured cards, Orchard and hooters, How can i go about requesting that they review my account to change those cards to "Unsecured" cards. I'm assuming that since I got that Chase Platinum with a $2K limit, that I should qualify to have those cards converted. They are only 300 each and I'd like to have that done before the Chase reports.

Alright Everyone..... I have never been happier!!.... I just got approved for $1000 Home Depot Card..... Now I need to focus on managing these cards for a few months to establish good payment history, that is the only thing that can bring my score up more. Again, thanks EVERYONE!!

I know how you feel.... I'm only 23, never had a CC EVER! Found this site and viola! A litte over 3 mos later, I have a Orchard Secured for $300, Hooters Secured for $300, Chase Platinum for $2K (Unsecured), Home Depot for $1K and I just got a Best Buy for $2K! I'm going to lay off the apps for a while and just work on payment history and aged accounts. That's prolly the best thing for me.... i did also apply for the Chevron Card and a Student Discover, they claim that they had to go to another level for review.... so we shall see!
